After Windows 10 update recently (Nov 26), Tabtip On-Demand does not work properly.
The keyboard always closes on its own after I typed in 1 character making it impossible to use.
Thanks

It may happend if taping in a field displays a list of selection. You have to reopen the keyboard manually. I'm afraid that there is nothing we can do about that.

Re: Not working properly after Win10 update
Same problem here on Surface Pro 3 after installing the Windows 10 November update. This seems to be a general issue and needs to be fixed. Tabtip worked fine before the update on Windows 10.

Re: Not working properly after Win10 update
This is not a Windows 10 issue. You may have upgraded Firefox to v43 at the same time and this is where was the problem.
It should be fixed now. Please give a try to v1.8 (beta).

Re: Not working properly after Win10 update
I've since been able to fix this issue by turning off this setting in Windows:
Settings -> Devices -> Typing -> "Show text suggestions as I type"
If the setting is already off, try turning it on first and then off again.
I had it off before updating Windows, but somehow after updating it's somehow On internally even though the UI shows it's off?
Anyway give it a try, hope it might solve your issue.

Thank you for the feedback.
However it is activated on our device. What app are you typing in?

The new 1.8beta seems to fix the problem for me. Thanks for the update.

Re: Not working properly after Win10 update
Ever since I installed Windows 10 and Firefox v. 44, Tabtip version 1.8 stops working.
Updates: After several rounds of Windows 10 updates, Tabtip works again. And it works fine with Firefox as well. But as before in Windows 8.1, it crashes occasionally. The icon would suddenly disappear from the tray, and I have to restart Tabtip every time that happens.
Another thing is Tabtip does not work at all with Word 2016.
