Keyboard closes after adressbar suggestions dropdown in Firefox

Hello.
When I touch the adressbar in Firefox the keyboard pops out as expected.
After I type first letters in adressbar, the sugesstions dropdown appear.
And this action closes the keyboard.
I tried all options on and off in tabtip on-demand, but nothing helps.

Before I sent this message I pressed Ctrl+A to select my message text and copy it. And again, the keyboard closed immidiately.
