settings based on events or applications

Hello, I would like to use touch-It virtual keyboard in a way that only pop up the keyboard with a contact form in Joomla for a touch screen.
I'm checking in keyboards settings but cannot find any info? (should I use On-demand, or default?) please, help!! Thanks!!
