Your app needs to expose information about UI elements, otherwise assistive tools (such as our keyboard) cannot work.
What platform was used to develop your app?

Re: Pop-up in Windows but not with 3rd party apps
Hey,
Sadly this Topic has no final answer. So i reuse it for my problem.
I'm writing an application in NI LabView. How can i expose information about UI elements. Or how can i make the keyboard visible/invisible?
Thanks for your help
Linus

I'm afraid that LabVIEW does not provide such information. It is often the case with apps or dev plateforms that manage themselves the rendering.
It would be a hard work to implement assistive technology by yourself.
But you can control the keyboard from your app with HTTP/GET requests. Please download v5.21 (which has support for TLS 1.2), reinstall and tick "HTTP server".

I can confirm that this latest version, with the "HTTP server" option on, will work with NI LabView!
