TouchIT.exe crashes

Hi,

one of our customers reports irregular crashes of TouchIt.exe resutling in the following error message:

TouchIt.exe - Fehler in Anwendung: Die Anweisung in 0x00007FFD0E493276 verwies auf Arbeitsspeicher bei 0x0000000000000000. Der Vorgang read konnte im Arbeitsspeicher nicht durchgeführt werden.
Klicken Sie auf "OK", um das Programm zu beenden.

TouchIt.exe - Error in application: The instruction in 0x00007FFD0E493276 referred to memory at 0x000000000000. The read operation could not be performed in working memory.
Click on "OK" to exit the programme.

Any idea what could cause this error or is there a way to debug the application or get a more detailed error log?
