My company are using this virtual keyboard since 2 years with a custom template but recently, we are having many problems with our customers with this virtual keyboard.
Many panel PCs have the same problem, the virtual keyboard doesn't appear in the screen when they are gonna write the operator.
That PCs are tactile and our configuration are designed to be used without a physical keyboard.

The only solution is kill the service and launch touchit again but our clients haven't got access to any PC configuration, only chrome browser.

We are aware of this and working on it.

By the time, please try turning off animation in the settings.
