No answer from support - The keyboard does not work

Hi,
At July 20th Touch-IT started to show message that "Trial period expired". I had the same problem one or two month ago. Last time Sylvain Jaquet from support suggested to install v5.13 beta version for solving that problem, but now I have the same problem with this v5.13 beta version and this time I can't use Touch-IT keyboard at all. My activation key didn't work. How to solve this problem? I need properly working touch screen keyboard. At July 20th I wrote to support an email with explanation of this issue, but still didn't receive answer from support and can't to use my copy of Touch-it virtual keyboard for which I paid. It is very bad!

The reg.fix fixed the problem, keyboard now work again. Thank you!

I am now having this problem sporadically. It only occurs when I am running as a controlled kiosk user. As a regular user it works all the time. I think it is a permissions issue with a file, but I don't know which one. When I click on I already have a license and key in an admin user, it comes up and says I have a registered copy. The problem is running as a kiosk user I can't let them have an admin password.

What is this reg.fix ??

This is a timing issue. Please give a try to 5.13.
License validation is faster with it.
