Good afternoon
My company are using this virtual keyboard since 2 years with a custom template but recently, we are having many problems with our customers with this virtual keyboard.
Many panel PCs have the same problem, the virtual keyboard doesn't appear in the screen when they are gonna write the operator.
That PCs are tactile and our configuration are designed to be used without a physical keyboard.
The only solution is kill the service and launch touchit again but our clients haven't got access to any PC configuration, only chrome browser.

- This is one capture of one client and the keyboard. The keyboard should goes up until the black zone and showing all the buttons but part of the keyboard keeps hide and they couldn't press the option "hide keyboard" or write without problems.

We are aware of this and working on it.

We are having the same problem even turning off the keyboard's animation.
We need to know where is the problem and how fix it because we have some customers affected.
