CAPTCHA missing during checkout

We are attempting to purchase a license from your website. However, when we reach the bottom of the checkout page, the CAPTCHA image will not display. We only see a broken image icon. We've tried multiple browsers and multiple computers with no success. Screenshot of what we are seeing:

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, even though a CAPTCHA is no longer requested, we still receive an error that says, "Please solve Captcha correctly," when we try to place our order:

The CAPTCHA plugin we use seems buggy, we turned it off.
Please try again.
