Sooner or later, Touch-It always displays "expired" on Windows Server

Postby FoodIt » Fri Mar 27, 2020 3:57 pm

Hello,

As indicated, a license with multiple seats will sooner or later always display (for 1 or more registered server users) that the license has "Expired".
A solution (but as it seems, always temporary) is reboot the server, login as each user that needs the virtual keyboard and test (for every user the license seat will indicate that it is used) until all seats are taken.

Is there a permanent way to fix this? This keeps returning and can be missed ...

Thank you,
FoodIt

... Or a best practice manual? For use with MS RDP Terminal Services?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

I don't know, I thought it was normal and just rebooted the server each time, although it's true that it'd be easier if this didn't happen.

Yeah, great, the OP asked for help in March, and in November, there's still no answer from the team... I really like Touch-It, but customer support isn't you guys' strong suit, is it?
