Sooner or later, Touch-It always displays "expired" on Windows Server

Hello,


As indicated, a license with multiple seats will sooner or later always display (for 1 or more registered server users) that the license has "Expired".
A solution (but as it seems, always temporary) is reboot the server, login as each user that needs the virtual keyboard and test (for every user the license seat will indicate that it is used) until all seats are taken.

Is there a permanent way to fix this? This keeps returning and can be missed ...

... Or a best practice manual? For use with MS RDP Terminal Services?
